The Last Messages Club treats confidentiality and security as a top priority. Even if we could, we will never read any message. All data is held on our servers in a physically secure location. All message data is encrypted to the highest standards (AES256) before storage in the file system. When a message is deleted the decryption key is destroyed so the data CAN NEVER BE RECOVERED. Keys are not stored with backup data so no loss of security is involved.
The only circumstance where we would allow someone to see our data, in cases where that would be technically possible, would follow a legal court order where refusing to so do would constitute a criminal offence.
