To create messages you need to log in to your secure vault and go to the ‘messages’ area. You can create a message in draft form before you link it to a recipient. The message editor looks and feels like a word processor, so you can change the font, size, colour etc. You can specify when your message will be sent. The options are:
• As soon as your advisors have confirmed your death (and the cancellation period has ended) • On a specific date • On the anniversary of a specific date • After a specified interval, e.g. 3 months etc. .
Linking messages to recipients
When you have created a message you link it to one of your recipients by choosing their name from the drop-down menu. Your message will be held securely until after your death. The recipient will not receive any communication from the Last Messages Club until the date you have selected.
Amending or deleting messages
As long as you are a paid-up member you can log in to your secure vault and amend or delete your messages. Even if your membership has lapsed your messages will still be sent but you will need to re-join before you can make changes to your messages.
